I am a kinesiologist with a Master's degree and a lifetime spent in sport. Football, alpine skiing, tennis, Olympic weightlifting, swimming, and plenty more. I competed at a high level in most of them.

The love for sport also brought a long list of injuries. Some took years to rehab, because back then I lacked the right knowledge and most so called experts had no real idea how to help. In the closing years of my athletic career I started mentoring and training younger friends, and that is where my passion for training, and especially rehabilitation through movement, was born.

For roughly ten years now I have worked as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer with individuals and teams across many sports. Five years ago I went all in on rehabilitation. The Master's degree pushed me even deeper into understanding how much can be solved with intelligent movement and simple, well designed routines. As part of my education I also completed a clinical internship in a hospital, working with the full spectrum of patients, from acute and chronic pain to diseases that impair movement and post injury recovery.

Over the years many people walked in convinced they would live with their pain forever. They walked out pain free.

How we work together.

We start with an assessment.
Movement screen, posture, history, current workload. The goal is to see what is going on instead of guessing from a list of symptoms.

I build your protocol.
A plan written for your body, your pain points, and your trading schedule. Corrective work, conditioning, breathwork, and recovery. Nothing taken off a shelf.

We train it through together.
1 on 1 sessions with weekly check ins. Form gets dialed in, load gets adjusted, and the plan keeps shaping itself around how your body responds.

We review and keep pushing.
Every few weeks we look at what has shifted. Pain levels, energy, output. Then we decide what to add, what to drop, and where to take it next.
